Return & Exchange Policy

At Pi, we want you to love what you wear. If something doesn’t fit right or arrives incorrectly, we’ll make it right with a smooth exchange process.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange Window: Within 7 days of delivery
  • Eligible for Exchange:
    • Wrong size received
    • Wrong product delivered
    • Defective or damaged item

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact
  • Original packaging must be undamaged
  • One exchange per order is allowed

No Returns / Refunds

We currently do not offer refunds or returns. Exchanges only — no monetary refunds.

How to Exchange

  1. Email us at info@piclothings.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share your order number and product photos (if damaged or incorrect)
  3. Our team will guide you through the pickup/return process
  4. Once we receive and verify the item, we’ll dispatch your replacement
