At Pi, we want you to love what you wear. If something doesn’t fit right or arrives incorrectly, we’ll make it right with a smooth exchange process.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange Window: Within 7 days of delivery
- Eligible for Exchange:
- Wrong size received
- Wrong product delivered
- Defective or damaged item
Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact
- Original packaging must be undamaged
- One exchange per order is allowed
No Returns / Refunds
We currently do not offer refunds or returns. Exchanges only — no monetary refunds.
How to Exchange
- Email us at info@piclothings.com within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order number and product photos (if damaged or incorrect)
- Our team will guide you through the pickup/return process
- Once we receive and verify the item, we’ll dispatch your replacement
